Xendly Mail is an email hosting service operated by Xendly Corp Ltd("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using Xendly Mail you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in through Xendly Auth we receive your name and email address to identify your account and provide service access.

Domains and mailboxes. The domains you connect, the mailboxes and aliases you create, their storage usage, and configuration you provide.

Email content. To deliver email, your messages, attachments and folders are stored on our servers. We do not read, sell, or use the contents of your email for advertising. Staff access is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the service or to comply with the law.

Payments. Subscription payments are processed through Paypack (Mobile Money). We receive a payment reference and status; we do not store your Mobile Money PIN or full transaction credentials.

Technical data. Connection metadata such as IP address, timestamps and delivery logs, used for security, abuse prevention, and reliable delivery.

How we use information

To provide and operate the service; to send and receive your email; to authenticate domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC); to process subscriptions and storage purchases; to prevent spam, fraud and abuse; and to provide support.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us run Xendly Mail (for example, payment processing and infrastructure), and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service. Email you send is, by nature, transmitted to the recipients and mail providers you choose.

Retention

We keep your mailbox data while your account is active. If you delete a mailbox or close your account, the associated data is removed from active systems, subject to short operational backup windows and any legal retention obligations.

Security

Connections are encrypted with TLS. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with appropriate safeguards.

Your choices

You can add, edit and delete mailboxes and aliases at any time, export or delete your mail using a standard mail client, and request account deletion by contacting us.
