These Terms govern your use of Xendly Mail, a service provided by Xendly Corp Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Xendly Mail lets you connect domains you own and host email mailboxes and aliases on them. You are responsible for owning or being authorised to use any domain you connect, and for publishing the required DNS records.

Accounts

You access Xendly Mail through your Xendly account and are responsible for keeping your credentials and mailbox passwords secure, and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans, additional mailboxes and storage are billed in RWF via Mobile Money through Paypack, monthly or yearly as you choose. Sending email requires an active paid plan; if a plan lapses, sending is paused while receiving and reading continue. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Xendly Mail to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or phishing; • distribute malware or unlawful content; • infringe others' rights; • impersonate others or forge headers; • or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that threaten the deliverability and reputation of the platform.

Availability

We work to keep Xendly Mail reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xendly Corp Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your mailboxes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable.
